package pasta, cooked and drained (Pasta Sonoma Tomato Basil Penne)
- 1 jar (6oz.)
sliced marinated mushrooms
- 1/2 bottle (6oz.)
Kozlowski Farms Basil & Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4
cup
Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced in half
- 2 tablespoons
capers
- 1 bunch
brocolli florets, steamed
- 1
medium onion, sliced
- 1
red bell pepper, sliced
- 1
yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1
bunch fresh basil, chopped
- 1
fennel bulb, sliced
- 1 basket (12 oz.)
grape tomatoes

Directions:

Combine first six ingredients.
Lightly saute the next six ingredients in 1/4 cup oil to the wilting stage.
Fold all ingredients into the cooked pasta. Add salad dressing to taste. Serve at room temperature.
