Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cookies


Ingredients:
  • 1/2  lb  butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 cups  brown sugar
  • 1/2  cup  sugar
  • 2  eggs
  • 1  teaspoon  vanilla
  • 3 cups  all-purpose flour
  • 1  teaspoon  salt
  • 1/2  teaspoon  baking soda
  • 1 (12 oz.)  package chocolate chips
  • 1  cup  chopped walnuts, optional
  • 1 jar (10 oz.)  Kozlowski Farms Red Raspberry Jam
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. In medium size mixing bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and blend well. Add chocolate chips and walnuts (optional).

Drop cookie dough by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet and flatten. Push down center of cookie to create small indentation. Fill the indentation with Kozlowski Farms Red Raspberry Jam.

Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
