Kozlowski Farms homemade pies are only available at our retail store and at specialty food retailers in Sonoma and Napa counties. Our pies are baked fresh daily.
Kozlowski Farms pies are a "slice" of history. The tradition of pie making at the Farm dates back to 1952 when Carmen Kozlowski began making fruit pies from the overabundant supply of berries and apples on the property. Carmen's original recipes are still used today in the 17 different varieties of pies. Our pies are prepared two unique ways: Carmen's original style, which we call
Old Fashioned Double Crust Pie, or her later creation,
Pecan Crumb-Top Pie. The
Pecan Crumb-Top Pie is her version of a streusel topping and is often referred to as
Dutch Apple Pie. The delicious pie crust is made with no partially hydrogenated oils.
Each morning, the Kozlowski Farms bakery case has a full selection of fresh pies for visitors to choose from. Guests can select from the
Baker's Choice of the Day, or place orders in advance by telephone or through the website for pick up at Kozlowski Farms (
Contact Us) and pick up their favorite variety. For visitors' convenience, frozen pies are available to take home to bake yourself.
Pies are shipped separately via UPS 2nd Day Air on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The cost of pies are $13.95 plus $40.95 for packing and 2-day air shipping. Pies will arrive securely packed; however, please expect that they will experience "bumps" on the road during shipping.
